I agree this plan was exceptionally dangerous. I don't know how they thought they could control Sheila. She's extremely unpredictable and extremely dangerous and letting her out exposed their loved ones to danger and for what? Sheila would've had to serve twenty years for the double attempted murder. If she survived that long she'd be in her eighties by the time she'd be eligible for release. Besides imprisoning Sheila has never been the problem. Keeping her from escaping has always proved difficult. Now all they've done is made Sheila angrier which isn't good for anyone.
