With Beth…..it’s allways Doug this the Doug that……Doug’s at forrester Beth’s with nanny …anyone even remember she has the kid?

I don't think it means anything regarding Beth. Most of the children are rarely shown on screen.

However, it seems quite clear to me, Hope's family isn't her priority. Her daughter's safety and her husband's happiness aren't at the top of the list of her concerns, or she would never have agreed to work with Thomas (let alone after she PROMISED the opposite). The success of her line always comes first. :cool
