She learned the truth before Thomas. She, Flo and Zoe even made a pact (April 30th, 2019) that Hope never must know that her baby is alive. This was even worse than the fake Vegas marriage.

Tom learned on June 6th 2019 that Steffy adopted Hope´s baby.
If TK wants a new woman for Ridge it should be someone really new, and certainly not Shauna.

I agree that urging her daughter to keep Beth away from her mother was even worse than tricking a man into marriage. But I don't think TK has any idea about that pact Shauna made with Flo and Zoe, since he wasn't part of those scenes and never watches the show on TV either.
Shauna's criminal scheme with Quinn however was something that hurt Ridge directly, so TK shouldn't have forgotten about that. Still I'm getting the impression that he somehow doesn't remember that Shauna betrayed Ridge in a much worse way than Brooke or Taylor ever did. He only seems to recall that working with DR was fun and that the character was a "breath of fresh air", like he called her in an interview in early 2020, before the Vegas wedding.

In this case I'm glad that Bell usually doesn't pay much attention to what actors say in interviews about possible love interests for their characters. I have absolutely no interest in seeing Shauna on the show again and I really don't think that Bell has any intention of bringing her back permanently, especially not as a love interest for Ridge.

Still I can't blame TK for getting tired of the constant troubles in Bridge's relationship, because Bell's writing for them in the last 2 or even 3 years (both as a couple and individually) has been truly awful. And if this was real life, I might even agree with with him that it would be better for both of them to move on with other people. But this is a soap and Bridge will always be the destiny couple. No one will ever make me believe that either of them could ever be happier with someone else than they are with each other. And I think if Bell puts some real effort into rebuilding their relationship, TK will be back on the Bridge train in no time as well.
