I guess I am delusional because I have seen Shelia have real feelings for the people she loves. The problem is because of her parents, she does not know how to love the healthy way and she does stupid things to try to hang on to the people she loves.

I was referring to characters on the show who are involved with Sheila being delusional if they think she’s changed. As a viewer we will have to agree to disagree about Sheila doing “ stupid “ things. She’s cold, calculated and intentional in her plans to inflict pain. She looked Steffy in the eyes and shot her as she was holding her husband who Sheila had just shot( the son she claims to love) and left them both in the ally to die. She meticulously covered her tracks not to get caught and left them. So no, she isn’t capable of love based on her actions for many, many years towards people she claims to care about.
