Steffy got out of telling Finn why

If they want to shock me, they would let Finn find out about Bill and Steffy and have a shocked reaction of his own and not just nodding for Steffy.
But, I can’t see the show doing this. They will berate Brooke for a year, but with past history, they won’t do it to Steffy by letting this out. Really hoping this format changes and this is revealed.
Was it the directing? Finn didn’t even look like he was engaged in the drama (this isn’t about the actor).

It's absolutely hilarious to me that stupid Finn stood by his lying wife after learning that his MIL is ALSO a shooter/an attempted murderer while chewing out his MIL's victim and the other shooter. Yeah Finn, let's just overlook your own MIL's crime..Finn is officially the weakest male character I've ever seen on this show IMO. :rofl Wonder if he'll reward his criminal MIL some flowers now?!

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
