With Brooke and Katie they each expected Bill to be something resembling a decent human being. Sheila doesn't have those same expectations probably because she's never been a decent human being herself. Bill can do practically anything he wants and Sheila will never be disappointed in him.

Yeah, no. That's not true. Sheila is a psychopath in romance as well. If he does one tiny thing to make her think he doesn't care for her, he might end up in a dungeon. If any woman talks to him even as friends, she might end up terrorized. Sheila has a history of being the MOST crazy for love.
