All Steffy does is break into security systems at a home she doesn't own. Take her father's phone so he can't see messages.

Yikes. She is delusional like her mother the WRP.

It was Thomas who took Ridge’s phone so he couldn’t see messages. Steffy answered and told Brooke they were having a family get together and basically told her he belongs with her mother. Brooke complained to Taylor about it and she confronted Steffy I believe in front of Ridge. In any case Ridge wasn’t overly out out but told Steffy not to do it again and she agreed. I don’t remember whether or not either Ridge or Brooke realized Thomas took Ridge’s phone to keep him from getting messages.

Steffy is just as wrong as Thomas in their phone manipulations. She answered her daddy's phone behind his back and told his wife off in a very nasty way, but she never gets called out like her brother did. Her parents let's their favorite brat get away with her crap/BS while they only want to call out her brother on his crap.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
