I like this! Every soap needs a bad guy with money who also loves his family and is crazy!!
When Bill was the obvious villain he was at his best.
Even when he fell for Katie he did some jacked up stuff for Steffy and took FC!
I like it!
Since they are forgetting everything team him with Li or Taylor!
