She’s so weak she forgave that he hid her trafficked daughter from her.

Then every character is "weak" since they all eventually forgives. Bridget forgave Brooke..Liam forgave Steffy..Ridge forgave Taylor..Bill forgave Taylor on and on.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
