I agree 100%. Furthermore how can Brooke cheat on Ridge when he was married to someone else. My theory as to why they did that is not just because they were lacking the writers who understood the history. I think they did it because there’s not much Steffy could say about Brooke being with the father and two brothers when Steffy herself had been with the father and two brothers.

Yes, and Steffy did it while married, where Brooke did not. Steffy was married to Liam, when she banged his dad. Brooke was not married or even with Ridge when she had sex and married Eric. Steffy was engaged to Liam when she fell asleep in bed with his brother, half naked, and Brooke was not even with Ridge when she became involved with Thorne OR Nick.
