They are just acting as if they are sorry, neither Tom nor Steffy were ever sorry for Brooke.

It’s an act they put on to make Ridge think they are angels when in reality they are evil. I sincerely hope that when Ridge realizes his precious son is still psychopath and he wants Brooke back that she tells him to go straight to Hades and take the terror tots with him.
