Yes, she's thinking about Thomas. But what kind of thinking is this? Surely not daydreaming about him in a romantic way. In the worst case for Hope, she is thinking about him the same way Steffy was thinking about her night with Bill. Nothing romantic or beautiful about it.

She's thinking she can't tell Liam that Thomas tried to kiss her because then Liam will snap and go after the predator.

And she knows how Thomas reacts if Liam dares to defend himself. The last time Liam tried to go after Thomas, he ended up knocked out and almost thrown off a building to his death.
