Steffy, Thomas, and Ridge have controlling interest in FC so they can't be ousted.


They can be by Eric. There is a clause somewhere in FC papers that Eric can fire anyone he wants to fire for any reason. I can't see Eric condoning the concerted effort to destroy Ridge and Brooke's marriage. It probably won't happen, but Eric could rid FC of all three of those losers.


Only when Eric had controlling interest because of Stephanie’s shares could he make those decisions. He no longer has the most shares.

Ridge and steffy and Tom can out vote anyone it’s a family business ..
