Liam Doesn't Trust His Wife

That's what I got from his conversation with Brooke. He may as well have said she's too dumb to take care of herself. How insulting can you be? He may not trust Thomas, that's fine, but given how long they've been married he damn sure should trust his wife's judgment and intelligence.

He trusts his wife, he does not trust psycho Tom of the infamous psycho Hamilton Gang. Liam was there when Steffy shot Sheila for absolutely no reason. He found out her mother shot to kill his dad, for no good reason other than she is such a self entitled moron she thought she had the right to do it. And he was front and center for all of Tom's garbage before, abetting the kidnapping of his child, gaslighting Hope, drugging him, trying to kill him, etc. Liam trusts Hope, but he knows she is always looking for the good in people. Ain't nothing good in Tom, so she is wasting her time. That is where she becomes an idiot. Another thing, Liam was right years back when he did not want her adopting Douglas, he knew this day would come again, when psychotic Tom would do what he is doing now. I lay odds that Taylor is going to encourage him too. She is just about that brain dead.
