It’s not really funny because it’s clearly sexual harassment but I’m not watching and so having no context, that last sentence had me cracking up. Thomas did what now? “What the” indeed!

Well, it did take place over two scenes during the course of the show. He was changing clothes in the CEO's office, and later, after he was dressed, because Paris had hyped him up, he asked Hope if she ever thought of his body. :-P
