And finally put the blame where it lies. Whatever the reason, ridge walked out on you without a backwards glance. Why is he never to blame?

Brooke should definitely blame Ridge, but it doesn't mean she is wrong. Thomas, Taylor and Steffy deserve more blame. Taylor relentlessly chased a married man who didn't want her. Steffy hacked Brooke's camera footages and intercepted Brooke's texts. Thomas set her up with a voice app. They will deserve more blame than Ridge when it all comes out.
Yes, Douglas is Hope's son. Thomas signed joint custody papers. Hope is officially his mother, and this is something they all wanted, not just Hope. Douglas also wanted Hope to be his mother, and Thomas wanted it even more.
Brooke may have chased Ridge, but that was 3 decades ago. How is that relevant today when Ridge made it crystal clear Brooke is the love of his life? Taylor chased him non-stop between 2005 and 2012, threw herself at him at Caroline's funerals and is chasing him again in 2021 and 2022. The only difference is Brooke never needed help. She never needed anyone pulling the strings for her and Ridge. She never got Ridge through lies and manipulations... the only way Taylor gets him since the 2000s.
