Is she a troublemaker or just stupid?

I'm thinking just stupid. All the characters except for Brooke,Liam,and Bill, are being dumbed down in favor of Thomas.

I don't think Brooke and Liam are. They are on to Thomas and believe he's still mentally ill, which he is. Maybe now more than ever, due to the WRP, his mom, Taylor the Witch.
