Tridge cannot fix Thomas. They’ve overindulged him

Thomas has a father who covers up his mistakes. He turned on him only once, about Caroline 2. He has a mother who violated ethics and treated him herself. There’s a reason why ethical codes say physicians should only treat their relatives in case of an emergency. He has a sister who is borderline wacky and doesn’t act like a CEO. His best friend loved him so much he jumped in front of a car in hopes of framing Liam. Thomas is not a mobster. He’s not misunderstood. He’s not even a bad boy. He’s sick. His so called love for Hope is obsession.

I agree, he's mentally ill, not bad. That's why I feel sorry for him and could forgive him if he's ever able to turn his life around. All he gets from the people who should love and care about him are actions that make him even more ill and dysfunctional.

Actually, Brooke and Hope and Liam seem to be the only ones who really care about Thomas, but they are slammed almost daily for interfering and "hating" Thomas. They don't hate him. They just want him to get the care he needs. (Well, last time I saw the show, Hope was kind of in denial, but I think she'll come around. Something will happen to show her the truth.)
