Bill only wants brooke because katie rejected him

But Brill do have a loving history and Katie chose to move on flirting with Carter and kissing him, so I don't see any reason for Bill not to move on as well.

Bill can do what he wants to do after begging Katie for two years over a kiss. That's my view of it.
