Bell is a troll (not saying it in a negative way, but this is what he does) This episode was supposed to air on Friday. I guess viewers were supposed to speculate about this kiss throughout the weekend. Glad his plan backfired. But he knows exactly the kind of reaction his audience will have. Hope kissing Thomas would probably be the worst thing she has done, that's why most viewers who usually dislike her are going to enjoy this. Are there true Hope fans who want her with Thomas, now that it's been revealed he is behind the CPS call?
As for Briam, yeah it's just a tease. Until now I didn't even think Bell was teasing them, but now it's obvious. But it's still all it'll be... a tease.

That's the thing. The CPS call reveal has basically confirmed that Thomas is still a manipulating sicko. IMO, that's the story we're going to be getting. Not that Hope is suddenly realizing she's attracted to Thomas.

I agree that a Liam and Brooke hookup isn't even being teased. Look what's happening with Hope and Thomas. THAT is teasing. There is none of that going on with Liam and Brooke. Brooke is heavily immersed in the still very much unresolved triangle story.
