I can see your point but as I love the character of Hope like I love Brooke I will go through thick and thin with them...not meaning I would condone any crazy or stupid behaviour, like cheating on a husband or hurting a dear one...but I am too old to find me new characters to like on this show, Hope and Brooke will it be to the end I suppose...unless they would recast, at least with Brooke...if KKL leaves I will leave too... ;-)
