I don't remember anything that happened during that time in any kind of detail, so you'd have to tell me specifically that he saw Brooke with some other man and just didn't say a thing? Who was she with? When was this? And if it was Bill, Ridge ALWAYS has something to say about that ever since he learned about Brill from Katie. He wasn't with Caroline for any long length of time, either, in my opinion.

Ridge and Caroline Jr became an official couple in early 2015. Brooke wasn't with anyone for the rest of the year. Deacon was pursuing her and even proposed to her, but Brooke wasn't interested at all, and I don't think she ever told Ridge or anyone else about that proposal.
In early 2016 Brooke was suddenly attracted to Bill again and I think it took months until Ridge learned about them getting closer, since he was too busy pretending to be Douglas' father at that time. But eventually he did and then he constantly tried to talk Brooke out of marrying Bill, telling her he wanted her back as soon as he had left Caroline in June 2016.
