The only reason Ridge was walking around Monaco with Taylor was because Taylor had shown Ridge the picture of Deacon and Brooke in his office at FC. Taylor's obvious reaction to seeing the photo prompted Ridge to ask why she gasped. In other words, the magical mindblowing life changing kiss would not have happened if Ridge wasn't ticked off with Brooke.

That fool is always reacting to something..but to delusional Taylor/Steffy, a married Ridge is naturally in love with Taylor..that's the only reason Tridge had such an epic kiss. :drunk Never mind the fact, those brats have been badgering him nonstop for many months and he had plenty of opportunities to divorce Brooke, but he never did. Heck, the thought of drawing up divorce papers never even crossed his mind at all. LOL.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
