When Eric took advantage of Brooke that night and slept with her though she was practically asleep they were married. So she slept with her husband and didn´t cheat on anyone.

She was supposed to be divorcing Eric and committed to Ridge so yes she cheated
Eric didn’t take advantage as both were drunk and BROOKE called him back to bed when he was leaving

When she slept with Ridge she was cheating on her husband Eric, not the other way round.
She did never cheat on Ridge.

If kissing another man isn’t cheating so she didn’t cheat ans Ridge isn’t cheating either when he kissed Taylor
