So, what did Taylor come back for. Because if it was for her kids, she would have been back when her kids were sick.

Exactly. Noticed how today she's talking about leaving again which means ditching her kids again? She wants to run away again because she realizes she's not getting anywhere with a married Ridge. It's all about Ridge for her, and not really about her kids like she claimed.

What about all her patients (if she has any at all).

She's probably fleeing her patient's lawsuits.

LOL. Probably why her receptionist left, if she ever really had one, and is always working from steffy's house or FC offices.
