The call was made by Thomas. He gave too much info about walter. They are propping up Brooke by making Thomas the bad guy again.

I personally think they have made it too obvious. Typically when someone does something villainous on this show, they show it. It is only mysterious when there is a twist, like when Taylor shot Bill. They clearly want us to think it is Thomas, but I am not convinced. Could be Douglas.

That’s what I think but we’ll see.
