If Bell wanted it they could of course write it like this...but what child of10/12 years would call CPS himself, framing his grandma by using her voice on his phone?
On second thought, Douglas is of course Tom´s son so maybe he inherited these manipulating genes...?

The kids what 12 ….he’s seems intelligent and healthy he loves his dad would be a shame for Brooke to cause trouble……this storyline makes everyone look nuts all these senior budinskis interfering boreing
