I think like in Katie´s custody case Ridge will know someone at CPS who owes him a favor and lets him listen to the call and he will recognice "Brooke´s voice".
He will not believe her when she will say it was not her and will leave her over this "lie".
Then he will go and propose to Taylor, not out of love but because he needs to punish Brooke. ..been there, done that... :roll
