The voice on the call to CPS is going to be Brooke's. However, this will be via the voice app. The person who orchestrates it will be Thomas. His threat today lays the groundwork for his destroying Bridge, although Ridge has pretty much done that already.

What threat he just told her butt out it’s between him and Hope …he was eating a apple he was not threatening Brooke…she should be talking to Ridge not running around barking orders ….

Silly me. Not sure why I would think that a man irrationally yelling at a woman, accusing her of making him do horrible things in his life and destroying his family all the while pointing a knife at her would come across as threatening.

He was collected, mocking her most of the time

Oh, yes, Thomas's voice was raised. He was not collected nor calm. He was threatening Brooke and he was irrational. And, if he's revealed to be the person behind the call to CPS, we can talk about just how collected Thomas was.
