Ridge getting home from Steffy's

Why didn't Brooke talk to Ridge when he came home late from Steffy's & tell him that she tried to call him & Steffy answered his phone?? In the real world Brooke would have woken up when Ridge came to bed. Then the next morning how early did Ridge leave for work? Surely Brooke would have woken up when he got out of bed & also she wouldn't have slept late anyway. The show isn't making sense !!

Maybe Brooke is a heavy sleeper like I am. I don't awaken when my husband is watching a late movie on TV and I'm already asleep. So, in the real world, some wives do stay asleep. ;)

I don't get why Brooke even went to bed. With all her whining about her romantic plans, I don't understand why she didn't stay up until Ridge got home. Was Brooke always a heavy sleeper, even when she had children, I wonder. Most who have children tend to be very light sleepers, even as they get older (both moms and children I mean). Plus with her husband not being home, I'd think that Brooke would be worried and want to make sure that her husband got home ok, so I don't understand how she could just sleep like that.

She’s kinda up there she probably needed her rest
