Nikki sees that Deacon hasn't changed? WTH?

Deacon has so changed. He's not the same man. Is he a saint? Hell to the no, but he is not the same con artist anymore. He's not.

I guess we have to see what makes her say that. It is from Nikki's perspective, and I don't know that she is the most reliable judge of character. She is certainly not an angel.

Maybe she turns in shelia get rid of her
