If Brooke is seriously injured because of Steffy shenanigans

That would change dynamics. If it were any other writing team!
Many of us have noted that while she should be more grateful, Steffy is acting over the top hateful. One of Steffy’s weakness is that there are times she doesn’t think things thru. She can be unnecessarily violent. What if Brooke gets hurt or goes missing. I think we would see a side of Hope we’ve never seen before. I would love to see Hope go rogue. That would shock me.

But Steffy is over the moon happy with her husband, right? Why would she continue to blame Hope for wrecking her family and help her mother destroy Brooke's marriage? Maybe she isn't so happy after all.

I don't think Steffy would physically and intentionally harm Brooke, but you're right she can be violent. If anyone else (other than Sheila) had sabotaged Brooke's sobriety, she would have never told Ridge the truth. She only reacted the way she reacted because Sheila did this. If Thomas or Taylor had spiked Brooke's drink on New Year's Eve, she would've gone along with it. Just like all the other times she went along with Bill's methods when it benefits her.
