No, that is not what he said at all. Just assumptions. He said that Ridge, Brooke, Taylor and Steffy were 4 of the people on the shoot. They were the only ones he was allowed to confirm. And, why would BILL tell Ridge it was OK to take the woman that shot him to his home in Aspen? This is not about the triangle with Taylor chasing a married Ridge, I think it is about Sheila and something she does.

Sheila probably kidnaps Hayes and is in Aspen, and Finn is probably in Aspen, too, either kidnapped, too, or helping locate Hayes.
