Yes she did, it's in the dialogue. Hope told her mother she was going to use Thomas' feelings for her to get him to sign the papers. That's why she went to the Halloween party and let Thomas give her a massage upstairs. And told her mother that Liam can't find out what she was doing.....
I hated that writing for Hope, but I can see why she did it. Someone needed to save Douglas from his psychotic father. Ridge and Steffy refused to listen to anyone about Thomas.
So why didn't she tell Liam what she was doing? lol
