Sure Taylor doesn't look great allowing Ridge to kiss her and be all over her with no expectations that he's ending his marriage but doesn't Brooke look objectively worse for letting Ridge get away with this absurb notion of not being "fully recommitted" to her? Why would let your husband who's spent months living on a property with his ex-wife just move back but get away with not being "fully recommitted" to you? What the hell does that even mean? Is he still making up his mind? He clearly thinks he can entertain both women. Being the wife, Brooke should want her husband to be either in or out not this ridiculous gray area. Settling for that nonsense to claim the victory of having Ridge under your roof just makes her look desperate to best Taylor. If Ridge isn't in the marriage with both feet then both feet need to be outside the front door.
I think the not recommited thing is just the writers way of keeping the triangle going. If they have Ridge say he's 100% back with Brooke then they couldn't have these paint throwing scenes or have Brooke and Taylor fighting over him.
