Douglas is a Forrester, not a Logan

Does Steffy know that Hope is a Spencer -- as in Caroline Spencer, which Douglas is 50%?

Does Steffy get that she has custody of Kelly the same way Hope does of Douglas and Liam and Thomas EACH have liberal visitation?

I'm really getting tired of this SL and the way they are not addressing WHY Thomas wasn't living up to his part of the custody arrangement and WHY now Thomas has to be an ass for no reason about bogarting Douglas. If Hope was being uncooperative, I'd see it differently, but he's the one who didn't live up to the agreement and now he's the one who isn't cooperating.

It makes no sense. The way Taylor spoke today she made it sound like Thomas was never allowed to see Douglas. Why is having him at Eric's any different than any other time he spent time with him? Because their plan is for him to never leave. That's why.

It's the worst part of the SL. They aren't explaining what the "situation" is, and depending on what character you are, you have a different take on what the situation is. Stupid Steffy -- omg -- turning a child's well-being into a Logan/Forrester feud. Idiot.

We know Taylor's agenda here....she wants to break up Bridge. But what is Steffy's? I think she said bio beats adoptive parent, but not sure. And, she did say this is Forresters vs Logans, of which she is neither, if she really believes adoptive is less than bio. LOL. This is beyond crazy and stupid.

Why did Taylor throw the paint at Brooke? Because Brooke called her a ringleader?

And why is Tom snarking out on Hope? He has to know if they go to court no family court judge in CA is even allowed to look at bio vs adoptive after all the years that have passed. The best Tom could hope for is a 50/50 custody split, but physical would stay with Hope. She has not done anything wrong for that to change. They cannot even bring up Deacon's criminal past, because Taylor was locked up for DUI and on trail for manslaughter, and Hope knows she shot Bill. Steffy has had a restraining order against her for violent behavior. They would find out Steffy went to drug rehab, Tom has seizures, etc. Douglas doesn't even get a choice, he gets a say, but he does not get the choice. He is not 14.

Well that's not true! Not completely. The court will take Douglas' desires in consideration. If the boy wants to live with whoever then the courts will work in the best interest of the child especially if the child is under 14. So Doug kinda does have a choice and the ultimate say!
