Taylor didn´t sleep with Bill, she rather chose to murder him...and that Bill is still alive is not her merit, if it had been up to Taylor Bill would be dead now.
And this should have been the moment for Brooke to remind her of this...it is so annoying that the show tries to tell us that Taylor´s misdeeds never happened while Brooke´s did.
They can perhaps convince new viewers that Taylor is a saint but all longer time viewers know Taylor´s story.
