And Thomas is telling Hope that’s going to change, since he is the actual biological ONLY living parent. Hope only has rights that Thomas allowed her to have. I believe it was said JOINT custody, not sole custody. Thomas does not need permission to see his son. His, son.

Allowed her to have? Really? The man has been at best, a part time Father to Douglas and that's on his head. Hope on the other hand, has been a full time Mother to Douglas, and yes, Thomas doesn't need permission to see his son, but Hope has never stopped him from seeing Douglas either.
