Does Brooke think Hopes stupid?

Why can’t she ever let Hope decide for herself….it’s so annoying ..Hopes no child let’s see Hope do things on her own…gawd Brooke needs to stop babying her and she always stirs the pot..I think Hope needs to tell mommy not to keep hounding her and back off….Brooke saying she will call ridge cause Doug didn’t come home right away was really weird I was glad Hope stopped her ..Hope needs to control her own life ..
