I saw a family who enjoyed being in each other's company having a good time and celebrating Finn's return. I saw Ridge being happy around the person he's been consistently happier around the last several months. I saw Brooke not being missed at all.

All he has to do is file for a divorce then. He could've drawn up the divorce papers many months ago, yet no thoughts of doing so whatsoever.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
