She is much older than Brooke. She is busting 60 while Brooke is only 56. It was established that she at least Storms age if not older. The storyline is that Storm was in love with her while they attended the same high school at the same time. He could have been a Freshman while she was a Senior. Since she came on the scene as a MD, she had to be at least 4-8 years older than Brooke in order for her to be practicing psychiatry, but she came on as an oncologist which requires more years. So according to that Taylor is between 60-64.

Which to me, it proves her degree is fake. First an oncologist, next a psychiatrist, but not old enough to be either according to Storm saying they were contemporary classmates.
