I liked him as Thomas. He's in a new movie called The Man from Toronto. I think his name is Pierson Fode. I liked the movie and recognized him right away. It makes me feel good when talent on soaps is appreciated and the actors get to move forward in their careers.

Doesn't he have like 2 filler scenes? We barely see him in this movie. Still think a soap opera gives you better opportunities than this kind of cameos

I mean the movie belongs to Kevin and Woody of course but he's one of the most significant supporting cast. I'm not sure what you mean by 2 filler scenes. He had quite a reasonable amount of screen time. In fact I thought it would be a small role but it was bigger than I expected. And he was good in it. Kaley Cuocos role was disappointing for me. I didn't think she would accept a small role like that. She became so popular after The Big Bang Theory. I'd argue she is more well known than PF and yet her role was way smaller and more insignificant.

It depends on what you mean by better opportunities. KKL, much as I love her, is known chiefly for her role as Brooke which she has essayed for 35 years or pretty much her whole career. I do wonder sometimes if this is what she intended when she set out to become an actress. Same with all the other long timers. I think it's brave of actors to leave a steady job to see what else is out there. Of course sometimes they don't have a choice. Their contract may be terminated.
