Steffy is still a disrespectful snake

And Li has every right to tell Steffy to shut it.

Not that we've seen. Like the OP said...she waits till the other person is out of the room so they don't hear her nastiness. I think I know the scene Viola was referencing where Hope and Steffy were going at it after the Beth reveal and the minute Liam came in the room Steffy put on a phony innocent act. It made Hope look like the bad guy. Steffy is a world class manipulator.

That's the scene I talked about. She was yelling and waving her finger in Hope's face saying that Hope's man is somehow fair game and blamed her for taking her own daughter home and was acting super calm when Liam came and she clearly enjoyed when Liam believed that Hope is the attacker, but he had no clue that Steffy was yelling 2 seconds before and what horrible words she has spoken.

I remember it vividly. She stood there with the nasty smirk on her face, rolling her eyes. It was funny though, when the next day Liam told Hope the only reason he didn't tell her that she was wrong about having a chance with him was because he felt sorry for her.
