Helicopter?
It felt like just something that happened while they were filming - not planned. Also, it seems pretty far in the distance for a paparazzi to spot them and/or get a great picture, especially at the speed it was moving.
That said, I would LOVE it if the hypocritical cheaters got caught. I know they were "just kissing" - but let's recall, for example, how a simple kiss in the face of impending death led to Steffy's snit fit with Liam that, as I recall, eventually led her to sleep with her FIL, etc. So what's good for the goose is good for the gander - to the Taylor brood, kissing is cheating!
