I don't think Brooke will defend Deacon at all. I'm pretty sure as astute as you all are you picked up on the vibe today that she wasn't going to stick up for him.
It will be interesting to see how Hope handles Ridge from this point forward. She held her own with Ridge today defending her father without Brooke's help.
I am in complete agreement that Ridge will become obsessed with this potential new couple.
