Kicking it at Il Giardino

Doesn't that place have customers? I don't see how Deacon, the janitor and barback, can socialize and talk all afternoon with his friend as she sits with her feet up in the restaurants chairs! WTH??? Seriously, she said she, Thomas, and Douglas were about to have a BBQ while Bridge's party was going on. Well, Bridge's party is over, and Il Giardino still ain't got no customers??

Why does Taylor think she can do this in a restaurant?

She is the only person I've ever seen with her feet up on a barstool in an eating and drinking establishment!

I think in most places, it's not allowed, either legally or by the business owner. There are millions and millions of different kinds of germs on the bottom of shoes, St. Taylor's included, and restaurants don't want those germs on their furniture. But St. Taylor never thinks about that. Obviously, she doesn't even think about how ridiculous she looks. Why isn't she working on a paper for a professional journal or something? Or have a schedule filled with speaking engagements? After all, she is a WRP.
