Another Secret Between "Friends"

Here’s what’s dangerous about your suspicion for this character. Most fans of either woman do not see Ridge as a great catch. Those days are over. Most Brooke fans for sure want the show to hire a new man for Brooke. I don’t think Ridge can afford to be more unpopular than he already is.

I never saw Ridge as a great catch. He's too impulsive and has Taylor as baggage, but Ridge and Brooke have been the centerpiece couple of the show almost since Day One, Episode One, so I do want to see them get back together and stay together. This doesn't mean they can't have problems, but I don't want to see another divorce or even a separation. Ridge needs to take Taylor out of the equation. It's clear he cares about her because she's the mother of two of his children and was once his wife, but she's nothing but a giggly wannabe tween now. I'm surprised she doesn't have a pink unicorn notebook with RF+TH written on the cover. But this most recent SL has shown that it's Brooke Ridge really loves and it will always be Brooke. So, I want BB to keep them together but just clean up Ridge's behavior.
