I almost quit watching f the show again. I’m trying to figure out if Taylor is delusional or the show is trying to change the history?

Since Taylor has been spouting the same garbafe for forever, I'm going with the she's delusional choice. Blaming the end of the Tridge marriage on Brooke was just so much easier than coming clean about her lies and indiscretions.

Right, and Brooke was not even involved in the end of that marriage. She was over there, talking to Nick.
