Your post does raise an important question about who's changing his bedpans these days.

Except for flatlining, his blood pressure is always 120/80. Don't think he's had anything to eat or drink for a while. Shouldn't he have an IV hooked up for fluids? Did I miss it?

I noticed that too. It looks like they could just hook a blood pressure cuff up to the monitor and get different readings from the actor's blood pressure.
