No, Wyatt and Flo had a fanbase, too, but fanbases do not write the SL's.

No couple stayed front and center forever anyway..no matter how popular they are. I think Bell will let Quarter be happy for a while and move on to the next couple etc.

Right. Bill and Katie were together for SO LONG. Now look at them. Both single. Bill thought he had an epic romance with Brooke. So much for that. It will go the same way with Quarter.

Bill and Katie will probably be together now if HT was available and We all know Bridge is endgame.

Anyways I don't think Quarter will last long, but I don't understand why Bell would destroy Queric for Quarter unless there was some sort of plan for the characters. Queric were perfectly fine on the backburned.

Katie and Bill can be together whether HT is available or not. They just have to write it in the script and have Bill mention it. Bill could have talked to Wyatt and Liam and told them that he and Katie have made up, but she's visiting Will. Instead, both are single and neither have a story.

Maybe they have a plan for Quarter in the short term, just like they did for Wyatt and Flo. Then after that, nothing. Both characters are sidelined. That's what I mean. Flo and Wyatt had a big plot with Sally. Then they were supporting characters and had a plot with the Logans giving Flo their name. Then they got engaged. Then nothing. Flatlined. That's what I mean by going the way of Wyatt and Flo.
